Early mornings are the best for spending some time outside alone. Saying that, You never really alone. If you look up - the Sun is watching your steps, blue sky or pillowy clouds are hovering above you, birds are singing their favourite song and trees offering you a space under their branches to sit and reflect. If sitting reflection is not your thing, you can stand and do some gentle standing Pilates, mindful stretches or Qigong in the shade of the tree.
