Classes
Private session is advised before joining an existing class. You will be invited to have one session online or in person. This session is also useful if you suffer from pain or any chronic condition, recovery from injury, if you are pregnant or just had a baby you will benefit from special attention and care.
Mat Pilates is a class based on the mat. We go through short warm ups standing and for the rest of the class we exercise on the mat.
Standing and Chair short ONLINE class is for those who choose not to go down on to the mat. We exercise STANDING and SITTING, using the CHAIR for balance and coordination practice as well as improving the strength of your legs and flexibility of your spine, working your upper body. This will strengthen your core.
Membership includes 4 Standing/Chair classes. Replays are also available. Payable by Standing order.
Over 50s Pilates - In this class we go through a variety of exercises in a safe, relaxed manner and move to tone, stretch and unwind.
Pilates/Qigong is a mixed ability Pilates class with the Qigong inspired warm up.
Individual sessions If you are new to Pilates, with a chronic condition, recovery from injury, pregnant or just had a baby you will benefit from special attention and care.
Pilates Reformer sessions are for all abilities Pilates lovers, who would like to gain more benefits from individual attention whilst exercising on the most popular fitness apparatus in the world!
Mindfulness Programme is a 7 step introduction to Mindfulness. You will learn about pillars of Mindfulness and the ways how to incorporate into your daily life.
